Good day , i recommend you convert the video format to .mp4 . You can get a free online software to do that then uplaod again that will work out for you .

    Yea I use handbrake and compress and format the video to MP4 its nothing that I am doing on the platform incorrectly, because the issue seems to be resolved today.
