Hello Dtubers & Steemians!

Firstly, sorry, this was meant to come out over the weekend, yet it took forever to get this edited (as rendering wasn't working...so audio was faster than imaging and thus I had to work out where to cut and edit to the best of my abilities) and it took even longer to get it through 'Handbrake' to downsize it from over 1GB to 700MB file (which is still big). However, we are finally here!

This is '16 Questions With @waybeyondpadthai'. This interview was conducted on Friday the 14th of December when Mo, Dave (@daveonarrival) and I organised a hangout for my farewell Bangkok meet-up around the Siam area. We went bowling in Siam Paragon (separate vlog or blog will come through), had lunch at an organic restaurant and decided to end things at a Korean Dessert cafe, where I pre-planned to have an interview with Mo. I always wanted to have an interview with her as she has excelled on this platform and I wanted to ensure everyone got to know her a bit better. Give her more exposure. I decided to do 16 questions as I wanted to do 5 questions each about her interests in 'Food' and 'Travel' and then another 5 questions about Steem/Steemit. The final and 16th question was a random question, which she had to pick; to make the interview a little bit more interesting at the end ;)

Question 1 - Best Thai Food?

Answer: Som Tam - green papaya salad - she likes it super spicy and intense with fermented fish, crab or whatever (raw shrimps)!

Question 2 - Best Spot To Eat In The World?

Answer: Family restaurant in Nakhon Pathom (hahaha trying to advertise her family restaurant on this interview).

Question 3 - One Food You Can't Live Without?

Answer: We Asian, it has to be rice! Daily, I need my rice!

Question 4 - Vegan Forever Or Tasteless For Five Years?

Answer: Vegan - Thai vegan food can actually be good, if you know the right places and right dishes.

Question 5 - What Food Challenge Would You Do?

Answer: Most spiciest food ever challenge

Question 6 - Random Item That You Need To Bring On Holiday/Travels?

Answer: Thai chili paste because food aboard is pretty bland/tasteless.

Question 7 - Next Destination?

Answer: Going with my family to Taiwan, but my boyfriend wants to go to Italy or the Philippines. So, one of those three, but most likely not Italy due to my financial situation.

Question 8 - Must See Or Do Before You Die?

Answer: Bora Bora in the Pacific Ocean - inspired after watching 'Dating Naked'...

Question 9 - Recommend One Place In Bangkok (Non Touristic)

Answer: Khlong Bang Luang Market, which she has already done two blog posts about. Old style wooden houses by the canal, free water puppet show, good food and just generally a cool chilled out spot!

Question 10 - Apart From Thailand, Which Country Would You Live Forever?

Answer: No, I can't live anywhere else, it's due to the Thai food. I had Thai food aboard and it doesn't compare. It's not the same. It's just my love for Thai food, it's not the about the weather or anything else.

Question 11 - Steemian Crush?

Answer: I done this thing a few blog posts ago called 'Man Crush Monday' and I chose @adetorrent, who is still my Steemian crush. Also, @kevinwong too! Both are funny dudes!

Question 12 - Steemian Of The Year?

Answer: @bitrocker2020, he is everywhere (in the front and at the back). He is going all-in on Steem with his workshops in real life. Congrats, you get Steemian Of The Year from me!

Question 13 - Followers or Reputation? Which Matters More?

Answer: With low reputation you cannot do much. Reputation, for sure, as the more known you are then the followers (authentic ones) will come.

Question 14 - Most Underrated Dapp?

Answer: @share2steem because it can get the word out by using mainstream social media platforms, but I have doubts about micro posting and feel guilty when I do a small post like a photo with a caption.

Question 15 - Goals For 2019 On Steem/Steemit/DTube?

Answer: To get my crypto cafe and co-working space going and have the ability to accept many different forms of crypto as payment, but especially Steem. Plus, there is a secret...(she didn't reveal it)

Random Question....She picked the middle question:

Question 16 - Thoughts & Reflections About @dlive Leaving The Steem Blockchain After You Went Across The World For Their Launch Party?

Answer: People were hating on them at that time, but for me it was different. I got to know the team, talked with them privately and become "real" friends, but then this thing happened and I was shocked. I did cry, really and for those first few days I was heart broken...(Mo stopped the recording as it's quite emotional for her still).

That last question was a bit harsh, but fate had it that she picked that question. I did put it down as I wanted to know and let her reflect on that event this year in the Steem blockchain. The other two questions that she could have picked was one about a scenario with Zac Effron and the other was about choosing between being in a Ping Pong show or joining the Mile High Club, yet with the knowledge that everyone on the plane knew what she did...which one would she pick. In the end, she didn't get those questions, so we will never know or maybe she will answer it in another set of questions.
