Today, I am at the beautiful beach at La Jolla Shores and my friend is holding the camera. I am giving you two beach related Laughter exercises. The great news is that you can do them anywhere - no beach needed. Only you and a willingness to laugh.
Learn the exercise with me and practice them on you own a couple of times. Your laughter will make you happy.
