Hello DTubers and Steemians,

Any banana pancake fans here?

In this video, I am showing you my usual way of making banana pancake. I have tried 2-ingredients and 3-ingredients before, still this full package one is the best.

They are super duper easy to make, just perfect for any relax sweet morning.

The ingredients:

1) Dry Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup multipurpose flour
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2) Wet ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1 mashed banana
• 2 large eggs (with yolks)
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

If you want it vegan, just omit the eggs, and substitute milk with soy milk or non-dairy, and use coconut oil instead of butter.

Preps Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Enough for 6 to 8 persons
