Wow, @matthewthonyit thanks for this big question for all steemians. Actually I'm a drawing artist but I think I have a little bit to say here.

How do I encourage more creative thinking in becoming a better leader. Well it a big task for me but I will personally create a means of awareness for people through video blog, video chat and sometimes through encouraging more steemians to join dtube ecosystem to build their communication skills and to interact with fellow colleagues.

I will encourage people who are around me to be a better leader in Dtube ecosystem and within the DtubeFamily777 and also dtube revolution at large by preaching the Dtube revolution Gospel to everyone, both male and female who are willing and able to learn about creativity and utilizing their talent to join us for more development through one on one interactive tutorial section or through open tutorial section using seminar or steem promo event.

I guess Nathan is already making positive impact on how community behaves and interact. Every user should feel comfortable regardless if he's new or old one, poor or rich, minnow or dolphin. That kind of behavior would probably make a huge impact and increase positive user experience.

Sustainabile business model and healthy community are the key for success. That's why we should all embrace this challenge as our own
and act accordingly.
