This here is a beautiful Dubai trend. To have tea (chai, shai, black tea, kehwa) after having a wonderful meal of Mandi which is basically aromatic rice with slow cooked meat. Have never been a big fan of black tea but Dubai surely made me appreciate it. It just cleanses your palate and makes room in your stomach after having big soulful meals. Thank you Dubai!
