Sift for pampushek with garlic 1 pound rye flour, 1/4 pound of wheat flour. Pour 1/2 Cup of boiling water, stir and allow to cool. Pour in the warm yeast mixture 1/2 Cup yeast, stir and leave in a warm place. When the dough has risen, add salt, add flour and knead for 45 minutes. To give again to rise.
To make dumplings with garlic (high round cakes) and place on sheet sprinkled with flour and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour warm water, place in oven for 12-15 minutes, and again pour water. To serve with garlic sauce.
