Hurricane Florence is preparing to slam the East Coast!
Hurricane Florence is building in the Atlantic ocean, and is making it's way toward the United States!
With up to 140 mph winds Hurricane Florence is considered a Category 4 hurricane.
According to Noaa.gov North Carolina seems like the main target, and over 1 million people have been ordered to evacuate!
As Hurricane Florence barreled toward the Southeast as a Category 4 storm, governors in the Carolinas and Virginia issued mandatory evacuation orders on Monday — affecting hundreds of thousands of people.
The most sweeping order came in South Carolina, where Gov. Henry McMaster gave the entire coastline until noon on Tuesday to leave — a mandate potentially impacting as many as a million people.
