This was reported by the European Union in a letter of the Football Federation of Ukraine, according to the Football 1 channel. At the moment, the correspondence between UEFA and Dynamo continues, including FFU. According to Deputy Director of the Center for Licensing FFU Sergei Zadiran is now under investigation of the overdue debt Dynamo. "UEFA expressed concern about the state of arrears regarding the fulfillment of its obligations by the club for some financial operations, I can not tell you now while the investigation is underway, but the matter is in overdue financial arrears," Zadiran said.
