For those of you who don't know E3(The Electronic Entertainment Expo) is one of the largest gaming conventions in the world held annually starting in 1995.
I will be covering some of the more anticipated games in other articles but for now sit back and lets share some Spyro talk
:)
For most of us, our childhood memories remind us of how fun, exciting, and how simple enjoying life could be. And then we are introduced to distractions and society attempting to convince us that we need more to reach that same level of happiness. So, we add more and more things to help fill the voids.
Similar things can be said about our world of Entertainment/Gaming. Who needs more than a good ol’ game of “Pong” right? Or a simple Galaga/Pacman dashboard that lets your imagination do the rest of the thinking for you. How many more special effects can we truly add to make the Infamous Star Wars Dynasty any more explosive than it already is? With games like Assassins Creed and the Call of Duty’s of the world developing more than 3 titles in less than three years, it can ultimately feel like a daunting task to keep up with a title or storyline.
The key here is that we are pioneers, and will always push the limits and boundaries of not only our advisories, but of ourselves as well.
However, one game has aimed to reinvent itself and maintain a stellar design while keeping the average gamer on the edge of their seat for the entire ride. Originally released in 1988 in America & Japan for PlayStation 1, Spyro shook the gaming community with its exposure and eventually became available in Europe as well on PS3, PSVITA, and on the PlayStation store.
If you played the Original Spyro the Dragon released in 1988 you will surely appreciate how effortlessly the game came to you and how easy it was to enjoy. Most of the gaming community can agree that they are not only excited about A “New” Spyro, but also excited about all the classic traditions the original Spyro had to offer!
