Did the Eagle Network payout?
yes it do but it pay out only 1/333 from the coins you requested.
The network always pays out in the first week of the month and you need a special wallet. I think it's ok mostly because you can request and receive payments without any problems, but I think you don't earn enough for the fact that you only get 1/333 coins paid out, this means that you have to have 333 coins paid out in order to pay out one coin, either you should earn more or this rate should be reduced.
