Step 1)
Firstly, start your day with a glass of chilled vodka. This can be an easy drink but make sure you have ice in your mug so that you don't have to worry about being too hot or cold when you take it out of the fridge after waking up. Remember, you also need to keep a piece of lemon juice in there as well since this will help you taste better, if not you can always make some mint tea afterwards and then put together a few other drinks. For example, if you were having a coffee, you can make a good morning shake and put it together with a simple lime-lime twist of course. It tastes better than just a regular shake, by the way. Step 2)
Next step is the mixology part. Nowadays, people are increasingly consuming flavored waters as they think it may bring flavour and health benefits along with. It can either be natural water like coconut oil, or the various kinds like herbal teas and juices, the latter kind being the perfect choice when you're trying to avoid any sort of sugar. Try adding different kinds of berries and nuts to your mixology and see what works best for you. You might even try making it yourself by mixing a dash of cinnamon powder as mentioned before. Not all of them are sweet but they do give a pleasant refreshing effect that won't cause sugar cravings afterwards so you can enjoy that little bit of sweetness while still enjoying those other wonderful essential oils. Another option that would be great is adding small pieces of fruit like blueberries and carrots. But hey, you don't want to throw fruits and vegetables in your blendo but just have enough to give a nice refreshing flavor but not be too much. Remember, its important you avoid artificial flavors to the max. Lastly, don't forget the garnish! If you're tired of drinking plain water or soda you can use this mixology as a mixer instead and create different flavors with the same amount of sugar as you had for your shakes, if it has that little extra ingredient. So after you've finished your evening routine, if you're just hanging around by the pool (or you're in bed, no doubt), give your body some nice cold sleep by taking a cold shower with a glass of warm milk or a hot cup of tea, it doesn't matter what brand it is whether its green tea, black tea or hot chocolate. After that, go out and have a lovely afternoon by going out with your friends. Go grab a beer or wine that your friends can get to share, because you are really lucky if they are willing to invite you along, trust me you'll feel great afterwards without even complaining about anything and you'll also learn new friends while doing so.
