The mining sites hasflare and Genesis are both great I am using them since last December with nice results (wont disclose earnings here), of course it depends on the amount of hash power you are willing to purchase , Hashflare offers mining contracts for one year in the case of bitcoin and Genesis are open ended meaning they will be active while the process is profitable (produce enough to pay for expenses plus fees), two very important factors to consider are the bitcoin price of course and the difficulty which keeps on rising that would impact your potential gains, I recommend doing your math on mining calculators like the one on coinwarz (https://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/bitcoin-mining-calculator) before investing your money .
In regards to the ad sites, I am still experimenting with them, BTCClicks is my favorite so far but keep in mind that this is a much slower process, just to give you an idea as I have seen so far you could generate about 0.0007 BTC in one day there, so nice if you have the time as a parallel activity.
