Its interesting discovering many things on Steemit and bringing same to the knowledge of others.
This week I had a tutorial session with some people. It was a mixed crowd of intending folks, Minnows and some random facilitators.
As rubbed minds about the platform called Steemit, looking at the ideas of #blockchain, the potentials of cashing out big time if we do our homework near perfectly, even looking at earnings grossed by Steemians in the neighborhood of $700 per post in less than five [5] days, questions kept on coming.
Among these questions, Could working on Steemit be a full time job took the center stage.
From all indications, working full time on Steemit is worth it. Organizing #Meetups takes a lot. Its the same as organizing a show. Shooting videos or recording voice tutorials takes extra skill in scooping ideas, organizing them logically and doing some editing before pushing them out is time consuming. That of reading other peoples post and commenting effectively is a real job.
However, I never advocated for someone to resign from his or her job or close down an on going business to try their luck on Steemit. It could be suicidal. Nevertheless, identifying with Steemit and building yourself to make a living out of it is an idea that has come.
If you opt for a full time job on Steemit, what will it look like?
Steemit is a platform that is a domain for information merchants. It is a place you can horn your writing and presentation skills effectively. You derive a lot of joy mentoring others or helping them to unleash their creativity. Lastly, you will see your income start and grow daily which will add vigor to your growth intents.
