The 'Deep State' refers to the Mantis higher-evolved beings as the quadloids. Many lesser-evolved Mantis, very tall bi-pedal beings, members of the Star family called insectoids, came to Earth millenia ago. Some still come and go and are depicted in cave art of the indigenous peoples of the Americas, Australian Aborigines, New Zealand Maori and others.
The book The Kingmakers was completed to the deadline given to the author on the day before the crop circle at Target Wood, near Badbury Rings, Dorset, (Reported 16th June ) was recorded.
In 'The Kingmakers', the Planetary Templar Complex is described as 'The organic inter-dimensional core energy systems of a planet, along with the inherent portals, vortices, Ley Lines and Star Gates, is known as the Planetary Templar Complex - At a universal level this inter-dimensional energy system is called the Universal Templar
Complex.
Three other times in a 2-month period the crop circles coincided with messages from The Master of the Key who directed me to write the book 'Meet the Ancients'
which as completed May 25, 2017; and then 'The Kingmakers':
