How does one get sponsored? Who can become sponsors? I have not been following for a while, yet this upon first reading, this may have limitations/restrictions for some. So Voteholders are Sponsors, and only they can sponsor a new voteholder? There is a Monthly fee/payout/buy-in for exchange in keys, which benefit's EN and it's growth/support for Projects/opportunities/for members and supporters of EN? I think this is how it is, which is fair exchange :)

A voteholder can sponsor another voteholder.
Members can also work in a team/invest /share a form of acess to become a voteholder.
