Morning Health Tonic ! Apple Cider Vinegar

Akalize your body with this simple drink!

Some Awareness:

When you are sick, or less healthy (eating processed, sugary foods, coffee, smoking, or don't exercise), have cancer or other diseases or ailments like a cold or flu, you are ACIDIC. The more acidic, the less vital you are. You will experience fatigue, faster aging, headaches, confusion, kidney stones, liver problems, heart disease....... among every other negative bodily thing you can think of. Just imagine pouring acid down your throat!

A fun, perhaps disturbing fact....

It takes 8 glasses of good alkaline ph 7-8 water to neutralize 1 glass of coffee or soda.

And even most drinking water is Ph acidic. So just "purifying" with a glass of water is unhealthy!

Here's a few charts to check out! I find seeing information in a variety of ways, helps it be remembered.
p.s. I wouldn't say BAD, like the second chart says, rather be mindful and choose alkaline foods more often!

Take note as well, that in general fruits and veggies are a big YES, and meats, cheese, eggs, sugar..... are acidic.

I suggest making your own chart and deciding what you can say YES to, what you can flex on, and what you're not giving up! Then you can make balanced choices and keep a good alkaline to acid ratio in your body.

Now for the Remedy!

Pour a tablespoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar into your water. Can add honey as well.
Drink and say TY! to your epic self for Choosing Health!

And use ACV in your salad dressings!

Important note:

If you are drinking straight out of the tap, please consider purchasing purified water in 5 gallon refillable containers or buying a water filter. Most tap sources have unhealthy levels of cholorine, flouride, hormones, pesticides, toxic level metals, and pharmaceuticals, AND are acidic. Ideally drink fresh spring water! which you may have one near you. Check out this site. www.findaspring.com

I like this brand the best. In general , please use RAW Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar is on my list. Great charts and share. I also do a combination of baking soda and blackstrap molasses to keep my PH balance in check.

I've been drinking an apple cider vinegar tonic after dinner every night, it's been great. I've been dealing with a candida overgrowth/ tinea versicolor and my tonics, (I'll add in tinctures like oregano oil, burbur pinella, cranberry) have really helped get things cleared up.
