The PlayPray Arts ! What IS IT? and why is it ENLIGHTENING?

PlayPraying is a term we are fond of at the Divine Playground!

At The Divine Playground, Its the essence of our Being and Doing!

Sharing the Art of PlayPraying is perhaps one of my favorite Gifts to share! It the Core Essence of Me.

Playpraying has an IMPROV essence to it! I feel that Improv Arts are some of the best Awakening Technologies on the Planet! To let yourself be subject to the moment, as LOVE experiencing itself, and allowing the Muses of the Multiverse to Play through you.

PlayPraying is the sum total, and the infinite potential of the divine innocent all curious child merged with the wise ancient elder who creates at will through intentional manifestation magic.

PlayPraying = A state of doing, where one feels like "the doing" is happening through the body of being. It feels like Divine Will is directing the show, and I am the witness to a Divine Love Story! Its the best way for me to understand Magic!

Playpraying can be effortful - like creating an intentional ceremony, or ritual moment to accomplish an intention with a sense of Awe, and non-seriousness! Even intending to Be PlayPraying is a great idea!

Ask yourself "how can I do this thing..... in a PlayPray way?" See how your inner child can be mused, all the while you're manifesting with the adeptness of a master!

I remember about 10 years ago I was really all about sharing PlayPraying because my group of friends was coming into spirituality and it felt overly serious sometimes. It was time for my Zero Card Fool to play her role. And I was like, "Wait a second. I think if we''re not having FUN at least some of the time we're missing the point!" It was an offering I had to add to the collective field. A big "YES AND! This can be Fun. Just letting you know it's an option!" (These were my sacred clowning days.)

Playpraying can also be effortless - like the Art of Non-doing! Playpraying often happens naturally. One is playing in the moment and creating all the same with effortless grace and ease! This state of being is expanded and Joyful!

The easiest ways to KNOW PlayPraying is to be doing what you love with intention, towards a purpose. It can be as profound and easy as......

Devoting your actions towards the freedom and health of all beings! And then GO do the thing and Have Fun!

Some of the easiest ways that I understand PlayPraying is through Dancing and Singing! This kind of dancing and singing is not made of method nor practice, rather a flowful state of letting the Universe dance and sing through me. What I witness is worlds manifesting and songs coming through that are making reality! I'm in a state of awe, a trance of Bliss And I feel worlds being born. This has always felt like my real work, even though I do alot of important cool stuff everyday in ways that make sense to the rest of the world!

Other ways to know PlayPraying, is to "lose yourself" in the moment or reach a "flow state" or Zeropoint state.

Playpraying = Working with Joy and a sense of inspired confidence and grace. You can PlayPray almost anything that is centered in Love.

Making a meal is A GREAT WAY! to PlayPray. What are you devoting the meal to and how much fun are you having?! Are you singing Love into the meal, dancing with your actions, musing the creation forces of the Most High Delicious Order?

Making Love is another way to PlayPray! Intend that your Love making brings your hearts closer, your connection stronger, and your ability to experience the Love of the Universe more available in all moments! Now PLAY! Have fun. Let go of all the serious expectations or results and let the moment swoon you.
