The epicenter was in the state where I live, Puebla. Fortunately, the damage to buildings was not that great; there do were some casualties, but not as much as the capital (Mexico City), they sure had a rought time, with building collapsing and such.
There's aftershock danger too... we will have to keep an eye open while we sleep.

there was an earthquake 8.5 in the same date 19 sept but 1985 and 32 years after the same date Mexico got a strong one almost like that.
