This cheery, colorful Easter bunny banner is a fun way to welcome spring! Decorate your mantle or any other space in your home with this fun project.

Supplies used to make the Easter Bunny Banner:

Burlap fabric
Fairfield Poly-Fil Premium Polyester Fiber, White
Waverley Stencil
Fabric Creations Paint
Oly-Fun Fabric
Hot glue gun
Flower embellishments

Step one: Place the stencil on the burlap fabric. Pour a small amount of paint on a plate. Pick up some paint with a stencil brush, then dab the excess paint off. Use the stencil brush to apply the paint to the fabric. Let the paint dry. I’m using fabric paint because it will stay soft and won’t make the fabric stiff and hard to work with.
Step two: Use the bunny template to trace and cut out bunny shapes from the painted fabric.

I used hot glue to attach a piece of twine ribbon to the backs of the bunny’s necks. I made some bows with Oly-Fun fabric to finish off the ends. This banner only has 6 bunnies, but you could easily make several more to create a longer banner. These cheery bunnies are so cute and colorful, don’t you think?
