There is a variety of different narcissi. They vary in colour and flowering time
The earliest daffodils (Narcissus pseudonarcissus) came about 50 days ago, and now comes the poet's daffodil (Narcissus poeticus).
In Norway, they are called up after Pentecost. Then it is reasonable for the poet's daffodil to blossom about 50 days after the earliest daffodils.
These narcissus depicted here are picked in the garden and placed in a vase inside the living room.
This is a common practice in Norway.

Unfortunately, fewer people focus on this now that I experienced as a child.
The whole extended family and people in the community I grew up in had a clear focus on the Passover message and Jesus suffering on Good Friday and His resurrection at the Passover.

Not so much colouring of eggs, but I cook Easter lamb and invite family to visit.
Fried lamb leg (thigh) is fresh and tasty Easter dinner.
Also, I have baked good home-baked bread for Easter.
