This generation seems to be higher than previous years of gluten or cileac issues so I wanted to share with you all a easy and very tasty meal we made.
So the night before we took out some chicken legs to thaw from the freezer.Next we preheated our oven to 365,and cooked for 45 min sprayed our cookie sheet with gluten-free Pam spray to help with the chicken from sticking .
I personally like my chicken flavored however my children don't so I did the adults coated only
then we added in a bag of broccoli with some butter and water and boiled till tender
then we deep fried some fries for the children but hubby and I opened a can of chicken gravy and added some shredded marbel cheese ( quick poutine) and a delicious supper
