Merhaba bugün sizlere KFC nin çıtır çıtır tavukları gibi tavuk yapmayı göstereceğim.
1-) Tavuk göğsünü yıkayıp 2 parmak kalınlığında kesiyoruz.
2-) Limon tuzunu eziyoruz.
3-) Tavuğumuzu limon tuzu, karabiber, kırmızı biber, tuz ve isotla harmanlıyoruz.
4-) Harmanlanan etleri yumurtaya batırıp daha sonra una batırıp önceden yağlanmış tavaya koyuyoruz.
5-) Afiyet Olsun
