Baked pasta with minced meat, tomato sauce, mozzarella and cream

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of pasta (rigatoni)
  • 400 grams of minced beef and pork
  • 200 grams of tomato puree
  • 100 grams of white wine
  • 300 grams of fresh cream
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

    Preparation:
  1. Prepare the sauce: pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan and brown the chopped onion. Add the minced meat and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until well browned. Pour in the white wine and cook until evaporated. Add the tomato puree, season with salt and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the sauce is very thick.
  2. To obtain a perfect result, cook the pasta in abundant salted water, respecting the cooking times indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain the pasta and season it with the delicious meat sauce.
  3. Pour a little meat sauce into a baking tray and delicately place the seasoned pasta together with the fresh cream. - Distribute the mozzarella slices evenly and sprinkle generously with the grated parmesan.
  4. For best results, we recommend baking in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes and serving immediately.
