Whats EBA ? EBA is a Enterprise Bargaining Agreement,
Once established, they are legally binding on employers and employees. An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) consists of a collective industrial agreement between either an employer and a trade union acting on behalf of employees or an employer and employees acting for themselves.
In Australia a labourer on a EBA building site is earning $39.49 per hour $1,466.64 per week on wages with rostered days off.
In my opinion thats a great wage for none skilled labour.
were ever you are in the world look in to your EBA and get paid what you deserve.
