Hi there, what I do is open an unpaid item case and if the buyer were to fail to pay I believe they get a strike against their account. But I always leave it a few days before I do so as some people may have genuine reasons why they haven't made payment yet. I am a reseller in the UK by the way, glad to find more resellers coming on steemit everyday :)

Yes, I always give people ample time to pay, but every now and then you get a troll whether it's late night drunk shopping, who really knows what goes on behind the computer screen.
