Reselling on Ebay.

In my long-term plan, I have some different cash flows that I want to set up. eBay, is one of them. So, I have done some significant research, and I have a lot of questions. If anyone on this platform is familiar with reselling on eBay, I would love any information. So basically, I have run into two types of sellers. Sellers like my friend, that go to thrift shops and look for street wear and other small priced items and others that go through suppliers in china, buying large products in bulk for $1000s of dollars, using sites like https://www.alibaba.com and http://www.aliexpress.com Has anyone here done either of these methods? Are there any other methods? What markets are you in? What sources do you use? I know that this is kind of a sensitive topic and many people don't want to tell their secrets, but I am asking as a fellow steemian. Anyways, I know that this post will probably fall on deaf ears and will get 5 views, but I thought I would reach out. Also, I made this post in hope that we steemit users can share knowledge with each other.

Very nice. I've heard of this and dropshipping. I'm currently working on email marketing.

Good Morning -

Ebay is a EASY platform to start selling on . Of course there is a learning curve , but its very user friendly . I have a ebay store and I thrift and garage sale to find items . New items are fine , too . Just remember its about what you like . I started selling books and vintage Pyrex ( I like those type of items) . Now I sell anything ! Its takes time , but you can learn quickly . But start with something you know about or love . Good Luck!

thank you

I'm a reseller myself and eBay and Amazon and etsy. I'm not sure if it would count as another form of reseller, but something I do quite frequently is buy from one platform to sell on another. For example right now it's book season and a lot of people buy books from where ever they can to resell on Amazon. I've also bought a lot of stuff on Amazon to sell on either ebay or etsy and vice versa. If you are interested in reselling check out my blog I attach quite a few videos about it.

Years ago I dabbled in Ebay selling, and just recently started listing some items again. Primarily, I'm finding things at Goodwill, other thrift stores and garage sales that I'm able to buy and resell. Good luck and God Bless!

If you're talking about sourcing, why limit yourself? Do both and then some other ways...I do thrift stores, free section on craigslist, garage sales, discount stores and I'm looking to get into buying some small storage units.
