I wandered outside one spring and this Female Eastern Hercules Beetle was just standing on my front step , VERY STILL.
I went about my business and came back after doing some yard work and she was still there, just being there .. still very still. I reached down and picked her up and low and behold she had given up the struggle and was dead. So I showed the wife and kids and thought I WONDER if there is a market for bugs on ebay. I listed her for 9.99 starting bid and she sold for a little over 18 dollars. :-)

its all about the close ups. This was only done with a 3.5 MP camera NIKON.
