      95% was distributed by a free airdrop to anyone that signed up. (2457.19 was the final amount)

      The remaining 5% is held by the developer. I think it's an interesting distribution model, seems less scammy than an ICO but less profit for the creator to work with. So far it looks like the dev has not dumped his coins which is a good sign.
