A lady that was divorcing, and wanted to get out from under the payments. It was a very good deal, and I needed one anyway!

I need one. Let me know if you run into another great deal for one. Although if you do you'll probably buy it yourself, I know how you are!

Well, I could use several at that price, LOL! But If I run into another one, I will let you know right away.

Thanks, I'd use one almost every day.

That is my plan. It will be a tiny dump truck for me, to move the earth for the Wallipini. Sure beats a wheel barrow! I will keep an eye out.

Yeah I always have rocks and stuff to haul but the wheelbarrow is brutal. lol. What is the Wallipini?

A greenhouse design where it is half buried to harvest ground temperature to moderate the temperature in the greenhouse.

I will have to move about 250 cubic yards of dirt, to hollow it out, and to build the North Berm of the Wallipini to support the glazing surface, and block the North wind! It will also hold the above ground water tanks for my water well system. I plan on at least 600 gallons, I may use my own lift pump design for the well.

How much is 250 cubic yards, like a big shipping container, would that be similar in size?

40 by 12 by 4 foot deep. The shipping container is 40 by 8 by 8 tall.
