He basically says the recession will come. And now he even gives it 70% of chances. But he also explains how he comes up with this percentage.
"Probability of a recession prior to the next presidential election are at 70%" "We are in a pre-bubble-phase that could go into a bubble phase and this could go into a recession phase."
In the end he says he is not scared about a recession. And so shouldnt you.
