Undisputedly, Lagos is known to be one of the fastest growing city in the WORLD today in terms of population, economy,infrastructures,industries,commerce, name it. It really amazed me that over 70% of the dwellers in Lagos state Nigeria are immigrants.

Over 50% of just concluded National youth servicing corps NYSC find their ways to Lagos immediately after the one year compulsory services. These has been the happenings or customs for several decades.
My father once told me he left our village for Lagos when he was 14yrs old now his 65yrs old. So are many family who had left their origin to reside in Lagos. Infact alot of them have forgotten where they actually originated from claiming LASGIDI has their state of origin.
Even the original lagosians who are now minority find it very difficult to prove their true identity.
The political terrain of the state has long been occupied by immigrants Lolz, it's that funny?
The question is who are the the true Lagosians?
