To respond to the difficulties that Cambodian entrepreneurs are facing, Khmer Enterprise (KE), a government backed fund operator under the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), has established a relief fund called Khmer Enterprise Assistance Package.
The Khmer Enterprise Assistance Package is a strategic response to some challenges that SMEs and startups in Cambodia are currently struggling. It aims to stabilize the supply and demand shock as well as to contribute to supporting SMEs and startups.
In order to apply for the assistance package program, interested SMEs and startups can fill in the survey questionnaires, designed specifically for this program, which allows SMEs and startups to submit their business insights and challenges.
The Khmer Enterprise Assistance Package survey is provided in both Khmer and English languages. Both can be reached by the QR Code and link online. All surveys will be treated as applications for assistance from Khmer Enterprise.
Each application will be taken into such careful evaluation and consideration to ensure that the KE Assistance Package is a targeted and strategic solution to the challenges that entrepreneurs are experiencing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Khmer Enterprise’s assistance packages will provide support to SMEs and startups in various forms such as grants, loan referrals, equity investments, capacity upgradings, crisis management consultations and co-working space.
Khmer Enterprise believes that the Khmer Enterprise Assistance Package will become one of the Royal Government’s strategic actions and assistance projects that will support and restore Cambodia’s economic and entrepreneurial sector after the impact of this global outbreak. Khmer Enterprise would like to invite all interested SMEs and startups in Cambodia to fill in this survey and apply for the assistance package.
