Consumer sentiment rose in September to 70.1. This is the highest level since April. Three straight months of increases.

Consumers are starting to feel good about the economy. Inflation still bothers them, but consumers now see that inflation is under control.

58% of consumers expect Harris to win the election. And she has a narrow edge over Trump on who would be better for the economy.

Trends aren't gospel, but with consumer sentiment rebounding, it favors the incumbent party historically.
