Weird shit that rich people do

Mining company AusGold — owned by Chinese businesswoman Sally Zou — has advertised for a "personal assistant" for a nine-year-old girl (presumably one of her daughters) on Seek.com.au - after it was reported by ABC News, the ad was later removed.

Zou has two kids and she was seeking a PA for her 9 year old kid. You just know that that kid has a normal well-adjusted life to look forward to. I guess the role will involve watching Dora the Explorer and playing Minecraft with the girl as well as typing memos and helping the kid grow her YouTube Channel.

Liberal Party donor, Sally Zou, CEO of AusGold also set up a company called the "Julie Bishop Glorious Foundation" to honour Australia's former Foreign Minister Julie Bishop. Ms Bishop later said: "I say that in the solemnity of this Parliament, I have never heard of such a foundation," Ms Bishop said.

Maybe she didn't want to advertise for an au pair - after the recent Peter Dutton au pair scandal - Dutton intervened in numerous instances of where foreign nannies were held in immigration detention for working with tourist visas. That matter is still being investigated by the Australian Parliament.
