#10/ INNOVATION PRINCIPLES !!!

In business field there's something essential to consider if you aim for a great marketing afterward, which is INNOVATION.

Companies and especially the industrial ones try to differentiate by many ways such as quality development of their product or new marketing strategies and what makes these methods less risky is that they do not require to spend much money on materials or payment. Yet, sometimes products need a whole change in their form for example creating a new product which means to innovate.

INNOVATION DEFINITION :

• Introduction, in the process of production and / or sale of a new product, equipment or process.

• The whole process that takes place from the birth of an idea to its materialization (launching a product), through market research, prototype development and the first stages of production.

• A process of influence that leads to social change and whose effect is to reject existing social norms and to propose new ones.

PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATION :

THINK SMALL :

''Effective innovations start small. They are not grandiose'' claimed Peter Drucker . That is to say, if you want to innovate do not think too much about what you make too much effort in.
Actually, the best way that is going to lead you to success is not expecting much from what you do, this way we avoid the disappointment in case of loss. And that is why thinking small lead to success because you either win in terms of profit or experience. So, brainstorming is a method that is usually efficient in this field and you move slowly to develop it into an action plan.

COMBINE :

Innovation requires many details that include information from other domains and fields, which means you can not make something on your own without asking for help or searching for information from somewhere else. This way, you could combine your expertise with others' and make your innovation successful.
To illustrate in this case, Albert Einstein merged physics with Humean skepticism to come up with relativity. So, in order to work on an innovation you have to gather data from many sources of information and then move to action.

PERSEVERANCE :

to innovate means to work on a process that is not easy at all and which requires a hard work and patience to achieve good results, to make this possible you have to treat your plan carefully without giving up at a certain level, because innovation is not that simple and you have to be flexible in the same time as patient because at any rate you might have to make some changes that are either simple or major, but the most important thing is that you do not lose hope or faith in what you make.
