The beach is suppose to be maintained and cleaned and you pay a fee but there was so much trash i think after the rains it pushed trash into the sea from the dumping trash in the rivers. After all this goes to show maintain or clean the beach doesnt solve the issue at large and that is the source of all the plastic trash in the first place
