These are some things that you need to know or most of you know:
Wear your mask.
Double mask or n95 will do. Always wear it everywhere you go, even if you're just going out to a near sari-sari store.Wash your hands.
Everytime you be home from being outside just like what I said previously, even in just near sari-sari store, please wash your hands. You might touch or get the virus somewhere.Change your clothes and do shower.
If we are exposed for a long time in the outside for hours, you must change your clothes or take a shower right away and avoid from getting closer to your loves one first.Bring an alcohol with you or a soap.
Bring an alcohol with 70% solution or a hand sanitizer wherever you are especially when out. Or also you can bring a soap and you can do handwashing in public washing room or rest rooms.Observe social distancing.
Avoid crowded places and maintain at least 1 meter spaces between people. Observe your surroundings.Drink vitamin supplements.
Drink vitamin C, vitamin E and iron daily to boost your immune system. A stronger body inside and out will keep you off of the virus.Eat healthy and Live healthy.
What I mean is, you must eat healthy, avoid too much sweet, sodas, processed foods, as long as possible, keep those foods away from you. Be more on fruits, veggies, Broth, and water. Do some exercises too which can be done at home and without those equipment needed.Cooperate and follow Health Advisories.
All we need to do is cooperate by staying at home and doing these things above. Health advisories are for our own goods, for our safety. And always remember, PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. We must be prepared for future circumtances.
