thank u jaymz for that info. Those thieves deserve to be punished to fullest extent of law . Ecuador gov should use method employed by Indonesia ministry of environment. Burn the confiscated the vessels not just jailed the culprits. To us scuba divers, harks is worth more than alive than dead
