Pindang Patin kuah kuning masakan khas palembang, dimasak dengan bumbu rempah. Sekedar saran untuk menghilangkan bau amis dari ikan patin bisa gunakan jeruk nipis untuk menetralisirnya.

Akan lebih nikmat lagi menyantap pindang patin dengan sambal diberi tempoyak durian.
