This is a powerful idea, if people believe in bad ideas or institutions that hurt them, it is hard if not impossible to free them from this. I don’t think I would call them fools, but I understand and believe in the general principle here. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to help someone be more enlightened, they must discover it on their own. Then, you can show them a better path.
