Hello sahabat steemean semuanya apa kabar semoga semua nya sehat dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari, sudah lama saya tidak membuat postingan baru hari ini sempat menulis kembali tentang membiasakan peserta didik belajar dalam kelompok untuk menunjang peningkatan belajar anak anak dengan saling membantu dalam pelaksanaan tugas kelompok
Sesungguhnya anak anak semuanya pandai, hanya saja ada yang cepat menerima pelajaran dan ada yang lambat menerima pelajaran, sehingga perpaduan dalam kelompok secara acak akan saling membantu kelemahan anak anak.
Saya dalam mengajar sehari hari dari enam belas kali tatap muka dengan peserta didik, saya lakukan pertemuan dengan peserta didik sepuluh kali pembagian kelompok dalam satu semester, sehingga peserta didik semuanyamendapatkan giliran menjadi juru bicara kelompok.
