高考还有高等教育的问题说到底还是国家对教育资源的垄断。被国家垄断的事业，只有匮乏和低效。就像改革开放前，几乎生活的方方面面都被国家垄断，也是中国人生活最穷困的时候。如今各行各业都挣脱出来了，只有教育还被牢牢掌控着。
