I can respond to that :) We chose Ethereum, because we were inspired by the DAO concept back in 2015 when I kicked-off the project as a research experiment. And yes - we have universities, which are early adopters. They are listed in the footer of www.os.university. If you happen to know others who are interested to join us- let us know! We are open to new partnerships and our system is free and open for institutions to leverage. Only the transaction fees need to be paid for - a ''problem'', which would also be able to be bypassed in the foreseeable future, especially on the side of the learner.
