There is one simple way to overcome being lazy:

JUST START FIRST STEPS

Just start first pages of the book that you want to read ...
Just start first codes line of the app that you want to write ...
Just start first dialogs to say your love that you love her ...!

After you start the first steps, next steps are so easy. :)
