Good day Steemians:) How have you been? I am hoping by God's grace that you are just doing and feeling fine.
Fellow Steemians there is a very familiar saying which states that “Life is a marathon not a sprint”. Indeed, it is true. In the same manner with the teaching profession as it requires the teachers a lot of courage, an expandable patience and ounces of determination specially if students are in their unruly behavior and paperworks are filed one by one on our teacher’s table.
In a world full of roadblocks and stumbling blocks that sometimes pushes us to our limits, when we encounter these moments , we need strength, courage and perseverance. The best example of perseverance, we need to look no further is our Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior and Finisher and Perfecter of our Faith. God finished what he has began , and so must we through His merciful goodness..
In this teaching profession that we take, many complains have been uttered, many tears have been cried, many nights have been sleepless, and many special occasions have been left behind due to demanding teaching workloads. Inspite all of these, teachers remain standing in front of the class, doing all his/her best to educate the young people so someday they will achieve the best version of themselves.
Dealing with students is a very challenging task. A challenge worthy to fight for. In times of trouble and struggles in our profession, we must remain silent and trust Him more because He is working in ways we can not see. During tough times , we must remind ourselves to remain steadfast and patiently persevere because after our stormy dealing with paperworks and uproar behaviors of our students, “rainbows” will be shown to us to calm and remind us again that God is in control.

Patiently persevere the peculiar actions and behaviors of the students. We are so blessed to be given this opportunity yo influence and mold their future. Stay calm and remember to persevere as in Merriam’s dictionary to persevere is to allow the person to continue to do something even if it is difficult. Furthermore, teachers, remind yourself during tough times specially when you really wanted to give up , the inspiring God’s words on the book of 1 Corinthians 15:8 “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
