The History of the Union Flag

Around the city of London, we often see the Union Jack flying high. It has also been used in the design of many products and fashion accessories, since the punk rockers of the 70s, to that famous dress worn by Gerri Halliwell of the Spice Girls, and it has become increasingly popular since 2012 when many British celebrations took place such as the Olympics and the Queen's Jubilee. But how did the actual design of the Union Flag come about? Well this handy infographic has the answer!
