Looking for Co-Founder

Hi Guys,
I am from India and am trying to build a peer to peer mentorship platform with incentivized system for rewarding the Mentors onboard!
In the present education system there are too many things that need to be changed. Classroom teaching to a lack of practical based education has been handicapping our nation for a long time! However, a solution to this problem is not something we could crack on our own. For this, we need people well educated, from different walks of life, and more importantly join hands with the Government to make changes at the grass-root level. We are in search of such people! People who have education as a cause and think can better the world!
We plan to connect these enthusiast subject matter experts (Mentors) to probable youngsters who aspire to walk in your path! Guide them, Teach them and help them realize their potential. You, the Mentor, gets to be apart of our already growing network of people who are doing the same. We have realized that solving this requires very strong personalities and our faith in Humanity tells us that there are many who would love help. Help me build this community! I would love to brainstorm the idea with other amazing people out there. Stop me if you think this is bullish, help me if you think there is a need for this!
