Diginusa, An Educational Evolution

After eleven years known as a provider and provider of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) curriculum in more than 300 private schools throughout Indonesia, BSW Smartschool renamed Diginusa. This institution also now become an educational solution for 100,000 students from kindergarten to high school and vocational school early this year.
Carrying the slogan "Digitalizing Education for the Nation" Diginusa change the classroom-dominated conventional teachers into a more pleasant and non-monotonous modern class. The concept adopts digital content learning technology.
The launch of Diginusa with the theme "Educational Evolution", Wednesday 22 February, was held in Ballroom 7th floor of Kompas Gramedia Palmerah Barat Building. Attending the event, Publishing and Education Director of Group of Retail and Publishing, Suwandi S. Brata. Not to be missed, ICT educational practitioners from ITB, A. Gumawang Jati who also spoke about "Teaching Z Generation" were also present. General Manager of Diginusa, Jerry Anthonio F. Udampo introduced Diginusa to attendees consisting of leaders of educational foundations as well as teachers.
On the occasion of this launch is exemplified the concept of digital class that can be tested directly by the audience in order to feel the experience and picture how the atmosphere and methods of learning to use digital content.
In the digital class this conventional whiteboard replaced interactive board that allows teachers to deliver learning materials. Desk and class benches are still available for use by students who use laptops or tabs instead of books. Later this classroom concept showroom can be found in Gramedia World BSD.
Diginusa fulfills two main points in the success of digital learning that is Technology and Content. The technology in question is the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, while to bring Diginusa content in collaboration with the Polish company Young Digital Planet (YDP) that has the same mission to create digital class. At the launch event was also signed MoU between Diginusa and YDP.
