How long would you be alive if you were required to think about your every breath?
Take a moment.
What about when you go to sleep?
Could you make it that long?
How long would you be alive if you not only had to think about your every breath, but you also had to think about your every heart beat?
Probably wouldn't even make it a day.
Point is - Fortunately we do not require to think in order to function. Our physical body has a natural learning ability.
Here's another example:
When you drive a car - you are reading your environment the whole time. You are aware of what is happening around you. You are not thinking about it.
You don't go thinking to yourself - sidewalk, yellow car.....green car up ahead...traffic light turning yellow, children on the left, 6 houses on the right, playground has a blue slide and a teeter totter.
You see all these things....but you don't go thinking about each of them or even subvocalize them within yourself.
What should be super questionable at this point is why there's so much emphasis on rote learning in public school....where you're required to think and try to memorize everything. It's not how the physical body in fact functions. Sure...you can use your mind like it's being done in public schools....but it's an inferior way...and your development will be massively stagnated.
